This is a full-time, on-site role located in Oak Brook, IL, for a Mortgage Loan Officer. The Mortgage Loan Officer will assist clients with securing suitable mortgage loans by guiding them through the mortgage application process. Responsibilities include evaluating client needs, explaining loan options, analyzing financial documents for prequalification, and maintaining strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with underwriters and other professionals to ensure smooth processing and timely loan closures.
Qualifications- Expertise in Mortgage Lending, Mortgage Industry, and working as a Loan Officer
- Strong understanding of Underwriting with the ability to analyze and assess financial documents
- Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, on-site environment
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant certifications preferred
- Knowledge of real estate markets and mortgage regulations is a plus
