- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
- Manage all intercompany transactions, reconciliations, eliminations, and coordinate timely settlement with Treasury
- Perform and oversee critical account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of intercompany, cash, and elimination accounts
- Monitor, analyze, and record foreign currency (FX) gains and losses with proper accounting treatment
- Support management and FP&A reporting with variance analysis, financial insights, and clear commentary
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual bank reporting packages, ensuring accurate balances and reconciliations
- Identify and execute process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within reporting and consolidations
- Support ERP and reporting system implementations or upgrades, including testing, validation, and documentation
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytic tools to enhance transparency into financial performance
- Lead change management efforts by partnering with stakeholders, preparing documentation, and driving adoption of improved reporting tools and processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with exposure to consolidations, intercompany, and FX
- Strong GAAP knowledge, especially around multi‑entity/multi‑currency reporting
- Advanced Excel skills and hands‑on ERP experience — Oracle Cloud preferred
