Power BI analyst

** Our client, a leading Manufacturing organization, is seeking a Power BI Analyst (Contract) to join their team.*
* As a Power BI Analyst, you will be part of the Finance & Analytics department supporting the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Accounting teams.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Competitive hourly rate, based on experience

** What's the Job?*
* + Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for financial reporting and performance analysis

+ Partner with FP&A and Accounting teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights

+ Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources and systems

+ Optimize data models and DAX formulas for performance and usability

+ Provide documentation and training for dashboard users and stakeholders

** What's Needed?*
* + 3+ years of experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and DAX

+ Strong understanding of financial reporting and manufacturing KPIs

+ Proficiency in SQL and data modeling best practices

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

+ Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
