** As a Customer Experience Analytics Intern, Here's What You'll Do:
** The Customer Experience Intern will support the Customer Experience function by assisting in the design, optimization, and analysis of customer surveys and feedback programs. The role will report in a matrix structure to both the Customer Experience team and the Manager, Business Intelligence & Analysis, and is ideal for an undergraduate student interested in customer insights, research, and experience design.
The intern will help improve how the organization captures, interprets, and acts on customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
** Role and Responsibilities
*** Assist in reviewing, designing, and refining customer surveys to improve clarity, response rates, and actionable insights
* Support the evaluation of existing customer feedback data, including survey responses and qualitative comments
* Help identify trends, themes, and opportunities for improvement based on customer feedback
* Collaborate with the Customer Experience team and the Manager, Business Intelligence & Analysis to align surveys with business objectives
* Draft survey questions, response options, and customer-facing communications using best-practice CX principles
* Assist in testing, validating, and refining surveys prior to distribution
* Support reporting and summarization of survey results for internal teams and leadership
* Document survey methodologies, changes, insights, and recommendations to support continuous improvement initiatives
* Note:
Responsibilities include the expectation to always act to support the interests of the department and organization and to perform other duties as assigned to ensure the successful achievement of departmental and company objectives.
*** Qualifications and Education Requirements
*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Data Analytics, or a related field
* Coursework or interest in customer experience, market research, behavioral science, or analytics preferred
* Strong interest in understanding customer behavior and improving customer interactions
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, concise, and customer-focused content
* Understanding of basic survey design principles (e.g., bias avoidance, question clarity, response scales)
* Comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative customer feedback
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
* Ability to manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment
* Customer-first mindset with empathy and curiosity
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools preferred
** Physical Demands
** Ability to operate in a professional environment and routinely use standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, filing cabinets, and printers.
