ISP Onboarding Coordinator

Hub Group is seeking an ISP Onboarding Coordinator responsible for working directly with the Independent Service Providers and executing the onboarding workflow for all qualified drivers. The ISP Onboarding Coordinator assists the ISP Recruiting Team with the compliance verification and onboarding experience that is consistent across all departments.

• Initiate and monitor the completion of all ISP employment background checks and drug screens
• Initiate and monitor onboarding progress of drivers and helpers tied to new ISPs
• Validate compliance with state and federal filings through Secretary of State and FMCSA
• Collect credentials and business documents for new hire ISPs
• Identify resolution to issues and take actions as‐well able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Complete weekly updates to notify field of progress in high‑need markets
• Assist onboarding coordinators with drivers and helpers in peak season
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client requirements for hires
• Document new hires daily on FFM class list
• Communicate consistently with recruiters and the field to ensure needs are being met
• Other duties as assigned

• Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
• Must be proficient with recruiting platforms (Tenstreet experience a plus), Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc., and other web application tools.

• The ideal candidate will possess a “can do” attitude with a “will do” work ethic
• Must have the ability to work in a fast‑paced/high‑volume sales environment
• Transportation industry knowledge and experience is a plus

Pay
: $20‑22 per hour

This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however, may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand
