Remote, W2 Business Advisor role. If you have built and scaled a business, you know hiring a team, managing cash flow, and solving complex problems late into the night. Now you can channel that experience to help other entrepreneurs do the same—without the 80‑hour weeks.

Cultivate Advisors is growing a national team of entrepreneurial coaches. We help founders of $500 K–$10 M companies scale sustainably and profitably. Our clients grow an average of 43 % in revenue and 65 % in profit within a year of working with us. As a Cultivate Advisor, you will:

• Partner 1:1 with business owners to create and execute strategic growth plans.
• Apply your firsthand experience leading teams, managing operations, and scaling a company.
• Build a book of 10–20 clients, each relationship based on trust, accountability, and measurable results.

This role is suitable for someone who:

• Has been the key operator or owner of a business with $2 M–$10 M in annual revenue.
• Has built and led a leadership team.
• Loves solving problems, coaching others, and seeing tangible results.
• Desires flexibility, variety, and purpose—a non‑corporate role.
• Thrives in a collaborative team of like‑minded individuals working toward the same mission and vision.

• Typical Year 1: $70 K–$100 K
• Typical Year 2: $140 K–$200 K
• Typical Year 3: $160 K+
