Here’s how you can help. We are currently looking for a Membership Administration & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team and rise to the challenge of empowering service.
Position HighlightsAs a Membership Administration & Fulfillment Coordinator you’ll play a vital role in the Membership Division team at Lions International. The coordinator facilitates the administration of assigned Membership Division programs and initiatives. This role manages transactional processing, material ordering and shipment coordination, system updates and recurring operational tasks to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
The coordinator supports execution by maintaining data integrity, tracking program activity, processing recognition materials and administrative changes, and ensuring established workflows and documentation standards are followed.
What You’ll Do- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in an administrative or operations support role with increasing responsibility.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including use of formulas, sorting and filtering data, maintaining tracking sheets and preparing summary reports.
- Experience maintaining data in CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
- Experience supporting field-based or volunteer-driven organizations preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recurring workflows with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently within established procedures and timelines.
Compensation:
Hourly $25–27/hr.
