Assistant Controller
$150,000-$200,000

- Lead and manage monthly and quarterly close processes for U.S. and international units
- Direct consolidations and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and lender requirements
- Own accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial statements
- Lead external audit management; primary point of contact for auditors
- Perform technical accounting research; implement new standards
- Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
- Lead process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
- Partner with IT on accounting technology modernization
- Develop and document accounting policies and procedures
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership
- Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
- 8+ years progressive accounting experience with team leadership
- Strong GAAP and technical accounting background
- Knowledge of ASC 718, ASC 842, SOX
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Oracle or large ERP experience required
- Experience in PE backed, fast paced, high change environments is a plus
- Excellent communication skills + ability to influence cross functionally
