Key Responsibilities (JD Attached)

• Lead and manage monthly and quarterly close processes for U.S. and international units
  
  • Direct consolidations and financial reporting, ensuring GAAP compliance and lender requirements
  
  • Own accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of all financial statements
  
  • Lead external audit management; primary point of contact for auditors
  
  • Perform technical accounting research; implement new standards
  
  • Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
  
  • Lead process improvements, automation, and system enhancements
  
  • Partner with IT on accounting technology modernization
  
  • Develop and document accounting policies and procedures
  
  • Provide strategic insights to senior leadership
  
  • Lead, develop, and mentor the accounting team

Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred
  
  • 8+ years progressive accounting experience with team leadership
  
  • Strong GAAP and technical accounting background
  
  • Knowledge of ASC 718, ASC 842, SOX
  
  • Public accounting experience preferred
  
  • Oracle or large ERP experience required
  
  • Experience in PE‑backed, fast‑paced, high‑change environments is a plus
  
  • Excellent communication skills + ability to influence cross‑functionally
