At Home -  - Responsibilities:
The Team Member maintains a positive attitude, works with a sense of urgency, and executes all company directives, policies, and procedures accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner.;
The Team Member contributes to a customer-focused environment while providing excellent customer service.;
The Team Member performs cashier and front-end duties as assigned, ensuring transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while providing customers with a positive shopping experience.;
The Team Member unloads, processes, and stocks freight within the correct location while following all store merchandising guidelines.; TM actively impacts and participates in the areas of customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention so the store will operate effectively and profitably.
