Position: Registered Nurse School Setting - O Fallon, MO
A school-based nursing contract opportunity is available in O'Fallon, MO, supporting an elementary student with specialized medical needs. This role involves providing dedicated 1:1 care to a medically fragile student, ensuring their health and safety throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with toileting and feeding as needed
• Administer medications according to prescribed protocols
• Monitor the student's health status and respond promptly to any concerns
• Collaborate with school staff and healthcare team to support the student's individualized care plan
• Maintain accurate and confidential health records

Qualifications:

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required; LPNs and CNAs will not be considered
• Experience in school nursing preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to children
• Strong communication skills for interaction with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
• Capacity to work independently and manage medical responsibilities within the school environment

Work Schedule:

• Part-time, 15 hours per week
• Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM
