Are you an experienced Welder/Fitter with a passion for precision? We’re looking for someone like you to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll work on a variety of projects, bringing your skills and attention to detail to ensure every piece is perfect. If you have a strong background in welding and fitting, and a commitment to safety and quality, we want to hear from you.

• Perform high-quality welding and fitting on various metals and structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to measure and cut materials to exact specifications.
• Assemble and fit parts to form complete units or subassemblies.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces and structures to ensure they meet rigorous standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot welding equipment and tools.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project timelines and quality standards.

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fitter in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and excellent problem‑solving skills.
• Capable of working independently while also enjoying teamwork.
