Project Manager - Manufacturing​/Fabrication

Overview

WB Industries is looking for a Project Manager who enjoys taking complex jobs and turning them into successful finished products. If you like solving problems, coordinating with skilled teams, and seeing a project move from concept to completion, this could be a great fit.

• Guide projects through our fabrication and machining environment while keeping schedules, budgets, and customer expectations on track.
• Work closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure every project moves efficiently through the shop and out the door meeting the quality standards we’re known for.
• Review drawings and requirements, coordinate manufacturing plans, monitor progress, manage schedules, and help remove obstacles so the team can keep work moving.

• Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects at once.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and shop personnel.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a similar industrial environment.

$65,000 - $85,000 per year
