has an immediate opening for a Block Laborer for our pre-cast operation in O'Fallon MO. We are a family owned and operated company that takes pride in providing the highest quality product to our customers.

The Block Laborer works with a team to produce pre-cast Redi Rock wall blocks used in retaining walls. Blocks are of various sizes, designs, and colors. Safety of personnel and Quality of products are our top 2 requirements. You must be a team player, over 18 years of age, self-motivated, drug free and have reliable transportation to get to work daily.

Skid Steer experience is a plus.

• Prepare molds by cleaning, oiling, and setting up forms.
• Assisting in the pouring of concrete into the forms.
• Stripping and cleanup of the forms.
• Moving and yard storage of the blocks.
• Keeping the work area clean - sweeping, shoveling, etc.
• Cleaning and oiling forms.
• Material handling - assist with loading and unloading raw materials and other supplies.
• Inserting lifting hooks into the blocks during pouring.

• Must be able to work in a plant around heavy equipment.
• Work will be performed outside year-round.
• This position requires climbing, standing and/or bending for long periods of time during the day.
• Ability to move about the exterior of the production facility in a safe manner.
• Able to lift/push/pull 50-100 pounds.
• Use and handle various tools and equipment including concrete vibrators and hand tools.
