True Manufacturing is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst II to join their information security team. The role involves enhancing the organization's security posture, responding to security incidents, and conducting security assessments. The position requires a proactive professional with a strong grasp of information security principles and technologies.

Responsibilities
:

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.

• Develop and implement security policies and procedures.

• Conduct security audits and compliance reviews.

• Perform vulnerability assessments and penetration tests.

• Provide security training and awareness.

• Mentor junior analysts.

• Analyze emerging threats and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications
:
Required
:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity or a related field required; OR equivalent professional experience paired with one or more advanced security certifications required.

• Two or more years of related experience required.

• Working knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.).

• Proficient in security tools and techniques.

• Working knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, and IDS/IPS.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.
