• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical product areas.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and design teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  .
• Serve as the bridge between business and technical teams, clearly communicating product requirements, trade‑offs, and implementation plans.
• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Security, Dev Ops, QA, Customer Success, Sales) to ensure product readiness and alignment.
• Prioritize features and enhancements using data, user feedback, and business value.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct technical deep dives and act as a thought leader in discussions with engineering and stakeholders.
• Work with product marketing and customer‑facing teams to ensure effective communication and documentation.
• Applies technical capabilities within own discipline to help develop junior employees.
• Work closely with technical leads to define features, elaborate user stories and acceptance criteria, and story point estimates in a SAFe/Agile methodology format.
• Facilitate JAD sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/stories.
• Assists with analysis of support ticket issues.
• Can build process for streamlining the work.
• Is aware of intake process.
• Hunger for systems and technical knowledge – constantly analyzing and innovating new, better approaches to our systems.

• Strong understanding of software development processes and/or distributed systems.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus.

• Considerate, polite, fun‑loving, collaborative.
• Relevant experience on IT projects including requirements gathering and relationship building with business clients.
• Able to lead project teams, collaborate with business partners, vendor/consulting organizations and peer level professionals from other IT disciplines.
• Able to mentor/grow less experienced team members.
• Experienced with system testing and basic debugging techniques.
• High‑energy, detail‑oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment.
• High degree of initiative and self‑motivation with a willingness and ability to learn and take on challenging opportunities.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative and organization skills.

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Postman, and data analytics platforms (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Background in software engineering or systems architecture.
