Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers while ensuring equipment cleanliness and safety
• Answer customer inquiries and educate them regarding U-Haul offerings
• Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
• Commitment to a nicotine-free workplace as part of U-Haul's hiring policy

• Previous experience in customer service or retail environments
• Familiarity with moving and transportation industry practices
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Interest in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
