EMEA Recruitment has partnered with an international manufacturing company in its search for a high-calibre Executive Assistant in Nyon. Known for excellence and innovation, the organization is currently strengthening its leadership support with a focus on high-level service and proactive partnership.
This is a dynamic, dual-impact role. You will act as the primary ambassador for the Executive, enabling her success through high-level administrative partnership and an "above and beyond" service mindset, while ensuring the smooth operations and positive culture of the local office.
Key responsibilities:- Manage the President’s complex calendar and emails with a deep understanding of business priorities, acting as a true sparring partner.
- Coordinate end-to-end international travel and personal logistics (including relocation support and family-related coordination) with extreme attention to detail.
- Act as the first point of contact and ambassador for the President’s office, ensuring a premium experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize logistics for key business meetings and leadership events, adding creative touches and ensuring impeccable branding and atmosphere.
- Oversee the daily environment to ensure a welcoming, high-performing workspace; champion a positive culture through engagement and HR support.
- Manage the office budget, handle invoices, purchase orders, and process travel expenses in compliance with internal policies.
- Partner with local assistants globally and collaborate across organizational boundaries to ensure "flow to work" efficiency.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives in an international environment
- A naturally energetic and "bubbly" personality with a strong bias for action and a passion for excellence.
- A proven ability to anticipate needs before they arise, often going "above and beyond" the standard scope of support.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French are required to effectively manage local Swiss authorities and global stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing last-minute changes and high-pressure situations with a solution-oriented and calm approach.
- Highly creative and proactive in representing a leader, with the ability to act as their "right hand" in a matrix organization.
- Absolute integrity and discretion when handling highly confidential and sensitive personal information.
