Location: Hybrid on-site (2 days) in Nutley, NJ
The Program Manager owns end-to-end orchestration of enterprise data strategy programs, ensuring multiple interdependent projects and work streams deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with executive strategy and funding priorities. This role provides strategic direction, dependency oversight, value realization management, and executive governance while collaborating with Project Managers who manage daily execution.
Requirements- 7+ years of experience delivering large, complex digital transformation initiatives
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise data transformation programs
- Proven expertise in program-level governance, portfolio management, and executive stakeholder engagement
- Lead enterprise data strategy programs, aligning initiatives to business objectives
- Manage portfolio dependencies, risks, and inter-project coordination
- Oversee program-level benefits realization and value tracking
- Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance with executive standards
- Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to communicate program progress and outcomes
- Manage program-level financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Experience in retail industry data programs
