A senior leadership position reporting to the Head of Engineering, responsible for shaping commerce architecture, driving technical excellence, and mentoring high‑performing engineering teams across a modern stack that includes Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Next.js, React, composable/headless commerce, and CI/CD.

• Represent Commerce Engineering at the leadership and executive level
• Partner closely with Product and Program leadership on enterprise‑scale initiatives
• Champion API‑driven and composable commerce solutions
• Lead and mentor a global, multidisciplinary development organization
• Define and evolve scalable, secure, high‑performance commerce architecture
