Pay Range: The pay range for this job is $99000 - $211750 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

We’re currently building out a Commerce Development Director role to lead the next generation of enterprise-scale digital commerce. This is a senior leadership position reporting to the Head of Engineering, with responsibility for shaping commerce architecture, driving technical excellence, and mentoring high-performing engineering teams across a modern stack including Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Next.js, React, composable/headless commerce, and CI/CD

• Representing Commerce Engineering at the leadership and executive level
• Partnering closely with Product and Program leadership on enterprise-scale initiatives
• Championing API-driven and composable commerce solutions
• Leading and mentoring a global, multidisciplinary development organization
• Defining and evolving scalable, secure, high-performance commerce architecture
