As a Behavior Technician in our organization, you’ll have the chance to make a significant impact in the lives of individuals while benefiting from extensive training and ongoing support.

Position Overview:

We’re looking for caring, motivated individuals to step into the role of Behavior Technician. Working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you’ll help implement personalized behavior plans and teach essential life skills in home, school, and community settings. Responsibilities:

• Follow the Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) created by the BCBA to address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Provide direct, one-on-one instruction to clients using ABA techniques such as discrete trial training (DTT), naturalistic teaching, and behavior management strategies.

• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress using designated tools and methods.

• Help clients acquire and practice functional skills in areas such as communication, socialization, self-care, and independent living.

• Create a supportive, positive environment that promotes client engagement, motivation, and autonomy.

• Work closely with the BCBA and team members to review progress and adjust strategies as needed for consistency across environments.

• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members, providing progress updates and sharing relevant information.

• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance ABA skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Ability to follow instructions, implement behavior intervention plans, and collect accurate data.

• Reliable transportation and a willingness to travel to clients’ homes, schools, or other settings.

• Commitment to ethical standards, maintaining client confidentiality, and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

• Compassionate, patient, and driven to support individuals in reaching their potential.

Benefits:

Competitive pay starting at $25-$30 per hour.

• Equal Opportunity
