About the RoleIndustrious is recruiting Warehouse Operatives for a fast-paced home-delivery distribution environment in Nuneaton. The role involves handling and distributing furniture and large household items, so heavy lifting will be required throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities- Loading and unloading vehicles containing furniture and bulky items
- Manual handling and heavy lifting as part of daily tasks
- Sorting, scanning, and moving products within the warehouse
- Working as part of a team to meet operational targets
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work the specified AM or night shift pattern
- Good level of physical fitness due to heavy lifting
- Reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail
- A valid PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) licence – not essential but an advantage
- Competitive hourly rate between £12.21 and £13.27
