Midlands (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £50,000 per annum

As an Audio-Visual Programmer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of bespoke AV control systems across a range of commercial and residential environments. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality, reliable AV solutions.

• Develop, write, and maintain AV control code for bespoke systems
• Program and commission control systems using AMX, Crestron, and/or Extron
• Create intuitive user interfaces tailored to client requirements
• Support system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Provide technical support during project delivery and post-installation where required
• Ensure programming standards, documentation, and version control are maintained

• Proven experience as an AV Programmer
• Strong hands‑on programming experience with AMX, Crestron, and/or Extron
• Ability to develop and write AV control code from scratch
• Experience delivering bespoke AV control solutions
• Good understanding of AV systems including control, audio, video, and networking
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider project team
