As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll play a key role in a friendly and experienced team dedicated to delivering exceptional service to buyers and sellers alike. • Registering new buyers and handling property enquiries
• Conducting viewings and providing knowledgeable, professional advice
• Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
• Supporting sales progression through to completion
• Booking valuations and generating new business opportunities
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of customer care throughout the process

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in estate agency or a sales environment is preferred but not essential
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential
• Organised, motivated, and able to work under pressure
• Confident, personable, and keen to develop within the industry

• £22,000 – £24,000 basic salary, plus commission incentives
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, with Saturdays on rota (day off in lieu)
• 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
• Ongoing training, support, and funded industry qualifications
