Overview
Situated in a lovely large town, between Coventry and Leicester, my clients are a great team of professionals looking to secure another small animal vet to join them.
They won an award for the best new practice when they started and are growing and building on their existing caseload. They have good facilities such as Digital X-ray, ultrasound and dental suite, alongside blood machines etc alongside offering services such as cryotherapy.
What you’ll doThey would like to meet other small animal vets who would like to work in a growing practice and have the chance to build and shape the business. You will ideally be confident with routine skills, however the practice partner is a qualified GDP advisor, so some mentorship can be offered. A full time rota would be based on 40 Hours with 1:3 weekends but no OOH’s capacity as this is handled by outside contractors.
However they can be flexible to work around your needs too. Shifts are normally 9-5 or 11-7pm and last appointments are always no later than 6.30pm so everyone gets out of the door on time. Consults are a generous 20 mins, and admin time is planned into the day as is a protected lunch break.
