Are you a CNC Miller Offline Programmer looking for a days-based role, Monday to Friday, with the option for overtime to boost earnings?

This company is a long-established, family‑run precision engineering company based in Nuneaton. Founded over 30 years ago, they specialise in CNC, producing prototypes, one‑off components, and small to medium batch work for a wide range of industries across the UK. The company is a stable and expanding family‑run business and this is the reason for the new vacancy.

In this autonomous role you will be operating and setting a CNC milling machine and doing offline CAD/CAM programming, working on all kinds of metals. You will be manufacturing bespoke products for a variety of industries, resulting in a stimulating ever‑changing workload. Training on programming will be given for the right candidate.
