AboutThe Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Centres Operations Manager to oversee the operations of Warwickshire’s 10 Business Centres with a growing portfolio of tenants and centres. This role is key to ensuring high‑quality service delivery, supporting local businesses, and maintaining income flow to the Council.
Key Requirements- Manage tenant relationships across Business Centre sites.
- Lead commercial lease and license negotiations.
- Oversee financial administration and performance reporting.
- Promote centres through marketing and events.
- Ensure consistent customer service and operational standards.
- Support strategic growth and identify new income opportunities.
- Deputise for the Business Centres Service Manager when required.
- Experience in commercial lease/license negotiations would be ideal for this role.
- Background in commercial lettings or property management.
- Financial administration.
- Marketing and stakeholder engagement.
