Private Client Solicitor / Experienced Paralegal – Nuneaton

A well-established and expanding regional law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or experienced Paralegal to join its growing team in Nuneaton.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in Wills, Probate and wider Private Client matters who is looking to take on more responsibility, manage their own workload, and progress within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The role:

* Running a varied caseload of Private Client matters, with support where required

* Meeting with clients both in the office and at home visits

* Drafting legal documentation, correspondence, attendance notes and court paperwork

* Managing files efficiently and accurately using case management systems

* Delivering a high standard of client care at all times

* Recording time and assisting with billing in line with firm procedures

* Working closely with colleagues, fee earners and department heads

* Attending team meetings and contributing to department development

About you:

* Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with at least 1 year PQE, or an experienced Paralegal confident running their own files

* Solid knowledge of Private Client work and procedures

* Strong communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach

* Proactive, flexible and able to work well both independently and as part of a team

* Confident using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems (Tikit experience beneficial)

* Willing to travel between offices and attend off-site appointments
