Salary: £55,000 per annum

We are recruiting an experienced and values-led Registered Manager to lead an established children’s residential home in Nuneaton, rated Good by Ofsted and supported by a full, stable staff team.

What We’re Looking For:

Registered Manager

Experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards)
Strong understanding of trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
A genuine commitment to putting children first, always
