Facilities Maintenance Engineer

Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Bedworth, Coldstore Contract

GXO Logistics Supply Chain Inc. is seeking a full‑time, permanent Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our Bedworth coldstore contract. The role is responsible for all preventative and reactive maintenance to keep the site operating at full effect. You will work a rotating shift pattern (06:00‑14:00, 14:00‑22:00, Monday‑Friday) with on‑call coverage during peak periods and occasional weekend work.

Salary up to £40,000.00 per annum and 33 days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays). • Reactive and planned maintenance activities
• Maintain engineering and maintenance records
• Notify management of spares necessary to keep plant and equipment in safe working order
• Comply with GXO systems and practices within the Engineering Department
• Communicate and liaise with other departments and managers/team leaders to enable priorities to be set
• Undertake relevant training and train other employees
• Provide on‑call cover out of hours and work such hours and shifts to support site operations

• BS7671: 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• ONC, BTEC Level 3 or equivalent in engineering discipline (Electrical or Mechanical)
• IOSH Managing Safely
• 5 years experience working in an industrial environment
• Experience working with 3‑phase motors and control circuits
• Familiar with COSHH, LOLER & PUWER regulations
• Knowledge of food safety and industrial refrigeration – advantageous
