As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting both teachers and students in the classroom. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson delivery, helping students with their tasks, providing one-on-one support, and fostering a positive, engaging learning environment.

• Support the teacher in delivering engaging lessons to primary-aged children.
• Assist students with their individual learning needs, both in groups and one-on-one.
• Help with classroom organization and management.
• Encourage positive behaviour and participation.
• Provide pastoral care and support to children.
• Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities.

• Compassionate, patient, and eager to make a difference in children's lives.
• A great communicator, able to engage and inspire students.
• Flexible and willing to support a range of learning needs.
• Ideally experienced in a primary school setting, though this is not essential.
