General Practitioner

We are looking for a passionate salaried GP for 4-5 sessions a week who could augment our existing workforce of GPs.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for delivering the full range of primary care services as part of the practiceensuring the highest standards of care for the differing needs of our patient population.

You will work closely with the practicesmulti-disciplinary team of other GPs, nurses, HCAs, Phlebotomists, andnon-clinical staff to provide a high quality and accessible service to patients. We have a high-quality team of GP Partners, Salaried GPs, Clinical Pharmacists Nurse Practitioners, Practice Nurses, and HCAs.

We are a innovative Practice with Traditional values and lovely working environment. We have a multidisciplinary team of Pharmacists, Nurses, Physio and Physician's Associates.

You will form an integral part of the surgery and responsible for your list of patients, including the administration of documents, results, referrals.

You will have sound understanding of local pathways and the referral processes , training for the local pathways will be provided as part of the induction process.

You will form part of our duty system that means you are available for home visit triage and visits, supported but our PCN Acute Home Visiting Service.

You will work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, patient-focussed healthcare.

• Fully Registered and Qualified with the General medical Council
• Strong EMIS knowledge
• Knowledge of Docman 10

• Experience of working in General Practice.
