We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a civil engineering or construction background to join our team. If you’re confident managing contracts, costs, and client relationships, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Manage NEC & JCT contracts
- Monitor project costs, revenue, and profitability
- Handle payments, variations, and final accounts
- Negotiate with clients and subcontractors
- Collaborate with Estimating, Finance, and Contracts teams
- QS experience in civil engineering or construction
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
