We are working with a Birmingham-based design and build office fit-out company, delivering high-quality commercial interiors across office, education, and related sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee the on-site delivery of projects from start to completion.

• Manage day-to-day site activities from commencement to practical completion
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades on site
• Monitor programme and report progress to the Project Manager
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and inspections
• Ensure quality control and snag-free handovers
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams on site matters
• Maintain accurate site records and reports

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out / interiors
• Background in design and build environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and site management processes
• Ability to manage subcontractors and multiple trades effectively
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
• Full UK driving licence
