Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Contracts Manager based on sites nationwide. The Contracts Manager will oversee end-to-end management of flooring and wall finish projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, suppliers, and project teams, managing contracts, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and monitoring project budgets. The role requires overseeing a portfolio of projects while maintaining a focus on quality and meeting client specifications.

• Proficiency in contracts management, including preparation, negotiation, and oversight skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively oversee multiple projects
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and industry compliance
• Effective communication, negotiation, and leadership skills for collaborating with clients and stakeholders
• Previous experience in flooring or the construction industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing projects and contracts
• Ability to work on-site and in the office and manage day-to-day operations effectively
