Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Home: Westmorland, 2 bedded Children’s Home - Part of Hexagon Care Services
Salary: £44,750 – £51,750 per annum (depending on experience)
Bonus: On-target earnings of £3,500 per annum
Ofsted Outstanding Bonus: £1000
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Annual Leave: 28 days plus bank holidays (equivalent to over 7 weeks per year)

About Westmorland Avenue Children’s HomeWestmorland Avenue is a 2-bedded children’s home in Nuneaton delivering a therapeutic model of care
, supported directly by Hexagon’s in‑house psychologists. The therapy team works closely with both staff and young people, bringing extensive expertise in supporting children with complex needs and ensuring care is consistently tailored, reflective and responsive.
The home provides a warm, nurturing and calm environment where children feel safe, valued and genuinely cared for.

What are we looking for?We are looking for a Children’s Home Manager who understands the challenges that this role brings but also understands the rewards. Our Registered Managers are commercial and compassionate leaders, able to motivate and develop their staff team to ensure that the young people we care for have the best care experience possible.
