Drive Motor Retail is looking for skilled technicians or mechanics to join our team. We represent brands such as Vauxhall, MG, Hyundai, Citroën, Renault, Dacia, Peugeot, and work on other premium brands like BMW, Mercedes, and Audi.

• No Weekends – Achieve the work-life balance you deserve with weekday-only hours
• Competitive Pay – Basic salary up to £36,000 with an average OTE of over £42,000 per year

• Manufacturer Training – Access brand-specific training to develop into Diagnostic or Master Technician roles
• Uncapped Earnings – Overtime paid at 1.5x on Saturdays

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle issues to manufacturer standards
• Perform maintenance and repairs across various vehicle brands
• Provide detailed reports on vehicle condition and recommend necessary work
• Collaborate with a professional team to deliver excellent customer service

• Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in automotive maintenance and repair
• Experience in a dealership or service centre environment
