We are currently recruiting for a Full time Administrator to work within the Capital Projects team.
The successful candidate will assist the team in providing effective administration support maintaining our Housing asset database, along with general office duties.
- Assist the Capital Projects team with administration support, maintaining the Housing asset database and performing general office duties.
- Collaborate with external contractors, clients and other key parties to deliver the Capital Major works programmes.
- Good organisational and communication skills, in both written and oral forms.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment.
- Experience of scheduling appointments on a planned programme.
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workload.
- Knowledge or understanding of building terminology and property attributes.
- Experience in minute taking, including managing agendas, collating and distributing minutes along with booking venues and scheduling meetings.
- Experience in using Microsoft Word and Excel (medium to advanced level).
