Machine Repair Technician

Overview

Machine Repair Technician - Novi, MI. Contract Position through June 2026. Day shift, 6:00 am start; 10-hour days and Saturdays may be required.

Pay Rate: up to $27 per hour depending on experience.

• Maintains, installs, and repairs a variety of machine tools and equipment
• Tear down damaged or defective units
• May replace or repair worn or damaged parts or components and reassemble
• May perform some machining on replacement parts or may do electrical troubleshooting and repairs on CNC, manual or other plant machines
• Perform preventative maintenance on building equipment, machines, mobile equipment
• Assists Machine Repair and Mobile Equipment Mechanic as necessary
• May perform minor building maintenance including but not limited to Light Electrical, Plumbing, Cement Work, etc.

• May perform daily tasks for all of the equipment in both of the Clients Locations in Novi.
• These tasks include preventive maintenance, repair of machines & equipment. Which includes all manual & CNC machines.
