Staff Bright is partnering with a client to hire an experienced Field Service Technician
. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at customer sites while ensuring top-notch service and technical expertise. The ideal candidate is a hands-on professional with strong problem-solving skills, mechanical or electrical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. You Will Be Doing
Performing on-site installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems.
Ensuring optimal performance and reliability of customer equipment.
Collaborating with engineering and assembly teams to resolve technical issues.
Providing exceptional customer support while working independently in the field.
Traveling extensively both domestically and internationally to support client needs.
What We Need From YouTo be considered for this role, candidates must have the following experience and skills:
3–5 years of machine maintenance or field service experience within the automotive industry.
PLC experience with preferably Siemens.
Strong mechanical and technical systems expertise, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment, with the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical issues on-site.
Ability to read technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
Strong independence, communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules and customer interactions.
A valid driver’s license and passport, with no felony driving-related charges.
The ideal candidate will also have any or all of the following preferred experience and skills:
Experience working in automotive environments, especially non‑union facilities.
