Job DescriptionGlobal Company looking for skilled maintenance technicians for the Ann Arbor area. Will perform all types of work including but not limited to grounds maintenance
, drywall,
carpentry
, masonry, electric, painting and plumbing. Candidates are expected to be punctual, be able to read and follow directions, communicate effectively and efficiently with clients and team members alike, provide excellent customer service skills, and have pride in their work. In addition, need to be available 24/7 for emergencies while you re on call which is paid at an overtime rate.
Drug test and background check required. Compensation is based on experience and skill level.
- Maintenance Technician: 1 year (Preferred)
