The Field Service Technician is responsible for performing air duct cleaning services to the highest professional standards for residential and commercial customers. Day‑to‑day tasks include operating specialized equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction, diagnosing and solving air quality issues, and maintaining cleanliness during and after service. This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Novi, MI, and requires dedication to excellence and teamwork.

Our technicians work Monday‑Saturday with a schedule of 7:00 am ~ 5:00 pm. The typical lead technician averages 55‑60 hours per week.

• Technical skills in operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and troubleshooting basic equipment issues
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills for handling multiple assignments efficiently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients
• Problem‑solving abilities to diagnose and resolve air quality issues effectively
• Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, work in various environments, and perform manual labor
• Previous experience in HVAC, air duct cleaning, or related fields is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a bonus

• Weekly training pay of $850+
