We are seeking an experienced Mold Remediation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of hands-on experience in mold remediation, water damage restoration, or a related field. You will be responsible for assessing mold-affected areas, performing remediation procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Implement mold containment and remediation procedures, including removal and cleaning
• Operate air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, and other remediation equipment
• Safely handle and dispose of contaminated materials
• Follow industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
• Maintain accurate documentation of remediation activities

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in mold remediation or water damage restoration
• Knowledge of industry standards (IICRC, OSHA, and EPA guidelines preferred)
• Experience with containment setup, negative air application, HEPA filtration, and chemical application
• Ability to work in confined spaces or high-moisture environments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Demolition experience
• Ability to lead a crew effectively and also work well as a technician
• IICRC certifications in the following Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying (AMRT, WRT, ASD). Must have two out of the three certifications to qualify
• Trauma scene cleaning services, hoarding cleanup services, and all services that T.A.C.T. offers must be provided

• Work may be performed under extreme weather conditions including hot and cold ambient
• Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds
• Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States
• A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy
