Regional Sales Manager

We are recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager to join a leading machine tool manufacturer. The post will entail managing a territory including Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, Western Tennessee This region contributes roughly a fifth of the revenue for this business, so the opportunity to capitalize on the commission plan is great! This post will see you selling into large suppliers who have high volume production capabilities, not OEM firms.

Your market will include, truck, heavy industry, firearms and automotive and anything else you can bring to the table. We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience of solution selling capital equipment preferably machine tools, but not essential.
• Have experience of managing a sales territory, farming existing accounts and driving activities for new logo acquisition.
• Have experience of selling into high volume production environments.
