In this role, the Sales Associate will engage and connect with customers by providing excellent customer service through hospitality and product knowledge. The Sales associate will offer information to the customer on current products, product promotions and events, sales and promotions, and execute operational processes effectively and efficiently.

• Greet and acknowledge customers while providing the appropriate level of service.
• Be aware of customer activity and respond with a sense of urgency, prioritizing and assisting customers over other tasks.
• Follow company standards of merchandise presentation, signage, and displays.
• Engage and connect with customers to create an amazing shopping experience.
• Contribute focused, well-managed efforts towards achievement of store goals.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing GAL selling strategy.
• Utilize handheld POS to checkout customer purchases as needed.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Support and maintain a neat, clean, and organized stockroom while adhering to a customer ready environment, and adhering to safety requirements.
• Perform daily housekeeping duties; vacuum, dusting, trash removal, and window cleaning.
• Adhere to all seasonal and online store policies.

• Engaging and accountable for excellent customer service experiences and leading multiple processes at one time.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years’ customer service experience.

• Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50lbs and heavier with proper equipment.
• Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires activities involving exposure to moving machinery, changes in temperature and humidity, dust, fumes, and gases.
