We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression.

• Ensure members see a well‑kept parking lot, help members with their purchases, and keep carts ready and available.
• Assist members with loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience.
• Stand for long periods of time while assisting members quickly and accurately.
• Tackle obstacles head‑on to ensure each task is completed with excellence.
• Maintain a positive attitude by smiling, greeting, and thanking members.
• Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready area.
• Maintain safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations.
• Assist members with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments, and using cash registers.
• Organize and maintain availability of carts/flatbeds and assist members with transporting items.

• Ensures club pick‑up orders are filled (contacting members, notifying delays, offering alternatives).
• Resolve member issues and concerns, and promote company products and services.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities.
