Culinary Concierge Order Clerk (Novi, MI)

Join our EPIC Culinary team at Well Bridge of Novi! This position is responsible for providing assistance in all food functions as directed and in accordance with established food policies and procedures. The main responsibility is capturing meal orders for our residents and guests. Our patients and guests look forward to their meals every day, and we strive to provide them with great food that invokes happiness and joy.

How you will help people every day:

• Greeting guests to the building, explaining our menu and the ordering process for daily specials as well as the Always Available Menu.
• Meeting and talking with guests daily and taking meal orders.
• Acquiring resident and guest preferences and collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on input in the Nutrition Management program.
• Printing meal production sheets for each meal and meal tickets.
• Updating the daily menu for the dining rooms.
• Assisting with the serving of meals that are palatable and visually appealing, and preparing and serving food and snacks in accordance with established portion control procedures, sanitary regulations, and policies.
