Our cooks are culinary artists! We pride ourselves on our scratch‑made kitchen and provide hands‑on training to our Pit masters. Our Prep Cooks are responsible for following recipes when preparing food and adhering to plate presentation and cooking standards. Our prep chefs may also cross‑train as line cooks, and our restaurants have real smokers, allowing our team to learn the art of barbecue.
Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential.

Prepare ingredients, maintain a clean kitchen area, assist in food preparation under direction, and perform line cook duties on rotation.
