About the Position
Are you an experienced  Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)  looking for autonomy, flexibility, and a collaborative inpatient environment? A growing hospital-based anesthesia team in  Novi, Michigan  is expanding and seeking a full-time CRNA to join its dynamic practice.

With a flexible self-scheduling model, diverse case mix, strong compensation, and a $40,000 sign-on bonus, this opportunity delivers both professional satisfaction and work-life balance.

Position Overview
As a full-time CRNA, you will:

Administer intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthesia for surgical, obstetrical, medical, and dental procedures

Provide care to patients of all ages and ASA classifications, including pediatric and geriatric populations

Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments

Develop and implement individualized anesthesia care plans

Monitor patients intraoperatively and postoperatively

Provide airway management services throughout the hospital

Respond to anesthesia-related emergencies

Participate in on-call coverage

Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams

Document patient care in EPIC EMR

Flexible Self-Scheduling Model

Candidate Requirements

NBCRNA Board Certified CRNA

Active Michigan License

BLS & ACLS Certifications

Clean malpractice and license history

Must specify years of CRNA-only experience

Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and on-call

DEA & CSR/CDS (must obtain prior to start)
